Mercer's 2018 Quality of Living Index: 

Every year Mercer, one of the world's largest HR consultancy firms,

releases its Quality of Living Index re. cities that provide the best

qualitiy of living. Looking at 450 cities across the world, Mercer takes

into account 39 factors, grouped in 10 categories to judge which cities

made the list for the best quality of life. This year's ranking:
